DELHI POLICE CRIME BRANCH ARRESTED FUGITIVE NOTORIOUS HUMAN TRAFFICKER WANTED IN THREE STATES

REWARD OF RS. 50,000/- DECLARED ON HIS ARREST, ABSCONDING SINCE 2019

The team of ARSC/Crime Branch, Delhi arrested a notorious member of human trafficking gang Vishal Singh, 39 years, R/o Kali Mandir, Baguiati, Kolkata, West Bengal from Fatehabad Road, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. He was wanted in case FIR No. 349/19, U/s 342/354/366/370/370A/376/120B/34 IPC & 6/10 POCSO Act of PS Mayur Vihar, Delhi.

(MOREPIC1) On 21.11.2019, a case was registered at P.S. Mayur Vihar, Delhi on the complaint of “X” who reported missing of her two daughters from Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi. During investigation, the younger daughter “A” was traced and it was disclosed that both the girls were kidnapped by the gang of human traffickers and they were sexually exploited in the area of Uttam Nagar, Delhi.

On her statement, a case vide FIR No. 349/2019 U/s 363/342/354/366/370/ 370A/372/376D/120B/ 34 IPC & 6/10 POCSO Act was registered at PS Mayur Vihar, Delhi and four human traffickers named Naresh Shailesh Tamchikar, Raju Kumar @ Raj Chaudhary,  Shashi Mala @ Ruby and  Kiran were arrested.

Later the elder daughter “B” was also traced. The prime accused Vishal Singh could not be traced despite several raids. Later, he was declared absconder in above mentioned case. A reward of Rs. 50,000/- was also declared on his arrest.

Apart from this case, accused Vishal is also wanted in the following cases of different states –
1. Case FIR No. 768/22, U/s 323/504/506/376-D/498-A IPC & 3/4 POCSO Act, PS Kalyanpur, Kanpur, U.P.,  Case FIR No. 214/10, U/s 324 IPC, PS Burtolla, Kolkata, West Bengal. ( Declared proclaimed offender )

On the basis of inputs received by SI Manvendra Chaudhary, a team led by Insp. K.K. Sharma omprising of SI Manvendra, ASI Kailash, ASI Ashok, HC Suneet, HC Bhopander, HC Kapil Raj, HC Nitin Rathi and HC Lalit Chaudhary under the supervision of ACP Arvind Kumar was constituted by DCP Amit Goel and Joint CP S.D. Mishra to nab the absconding criminal.

(SUBHEAD)To evade his arrest, the accused was traversing across India, Nepal and Bhutan. He was arrested on the basis of manual and technical inputs from Fatehabad Road, Agra (UP).

INTEROGATION: Mr.Ravindra Singh Yadav, IPS, Special Commissioner of Police Crime, said on  interrogation, he disclosed that he was involved in human trafficking and sexual exploitation of girls and evading his arrest since 2019. He kept on changing the hotels, lodges and home stays in different cities of not only in India but also in Nepal and Bhutan. He along with his associates hatched conspiracy and pushed the victim girls into flesh trade. He use them as bar dancers and prostitutes for earning money. Vishal made physical relationship with the innocent girls against their will on the pretext of marriage.

During interrogation, it was revealed that both the victims were kept by his trafficking gang members at Uttam Nagar, Delhi. In the year 2019, Vishal purchased victim “B” for Rs. 2 Lakh from Raju Kumar @ Raj and taken her to Kolkata for prostitution. After dropping her in Kolkata, he again came to Delhi in 2020 for buying victim “A” but his associate Raju Kumar @ Raj demanded more money, so he could not buy her.

On interrogation it is disclosed that his family members are also involved in the human trafficking and also wanted in the case FIR No. 768/22, U/s 323/504/506/376-D/498-A IPC & 3/4 POCSO Act of PS Kalyanpur, Kanpur, U.P.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED: The accused Vishal Singh, 39 years is a native of Dhauki, Agra (U.P.) but brought up in Kolkata, West Bengal. He studied up to 10th class and a school dropped out. To earn easy money, he along with other associates used to come to different parts of North India for trafficking of innocent young girls from the area of Delhi NCR on the pretext of marriage them.
