SISTER B.K. SHIVANI SHARES HER WISDOM TO LEAD A HAPPY AND HEALTHY LIFE. IN AN INTERACTIVE SESSION

Police Families Welfare Society (Regd.) working under the aegis of Delhi Police organized a lecture and interaction session by Sister B.K. Shivani, an eminent motivational speaker on “Art of Happy and Healthy Life” at Adarsh Auditorium, Police Headquarters, Delhi. The programme was presided over by Smt. Ritu Arora, President, Police Families Welfare Society (PFWS).

The objective of the programme was to improve the mental, emotional and physical well-being of Delhi Police personnel and families.

(SUBHEAD)During the lecture, Sister B.K. Shivani shared her wisdom to lead a happy and healthy life. She also shared her unique tools and techniques like introspective exercises, daily practices, meditations and more. An interactive session was also held after the lecture during which police personnel and families were able to interact and raise their queries and questions related to health. Smt. Ritu Arora, President PFWS felicitated the guest speaker by presenting her a memento and shawl. Senior functionaries of PFWS also remained present at the session.

The programme was also broadcasted live on social media handles of Delhi Police and PFWS.
