There are number of courts cases are instituted by and against Chandigarh Olympic Association, pending and required to be taken up in various Courts in Chandigarh, including High Court and lower courts as well to cater to the notices received from the National Federations and Cours in Delhi and elsewhere.
To cope with this legal work, a penal of legal professionals have been approved in the Executive Committee meeting of the Chandigarh Olympic Association held on 11 May 2024 so that the court cases and other legal matters could be dealt with.

Advocate Dinesh Chaudhary, Advocate Sunil Toni, Advocate N.K. Suneja, Advocate Inderjit Sharma, Advocate Subhash Jindal.
The Executive Committee appreciated their kind gesture and approved the penal of above advocates.
