In another break through accused Umesh Popat Pardeshi have been arrested by Cyber Crime Investigation Cell, Chandigarh under the leadership of Inspector Hariom Sharma, Chandigarh and over all Supervision of Smt Rashmi Sharma Yadav DSP/CCIC & IT UT, Chandigarh.
An FIR No. 58 dated 27.04.2022 U/S 420, 120-B IPC PS Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh was registered on the statement of complaint.(SUBHEAD)
Complainant Smt.Yogesh Chaudhary wanted to provide job to her son. She contacted to her relative who residing at Nashik, Maharashtra. His relative provides a contact mobile number of Umesh Popat pardeshi who provide the job to boys in Merchant Navy. She contacted to Umesh Popat Pardeshi on his personal mobile number 8600093262.
Umesh Popat pardeshi allured her to provide job as a Technical Assistant in a Singapore company named Kappel Shipyard. Alleged allured her to deposited amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- in his saving bank account of ICICI Bank, after getting money accused neither provide any job to complainant nor refunded her money and try to avoid her. On the complaint case has been registered and during the course of investigation accused Umesh Popat Pardeshi S/o Popat Narayan Pardeshi R/O H No F-2/503 Apna ghar Society, Dhurv Nagar, Nashik (MH) has been arrested on 18.5.22 from Apna ghar Society Dhurv Nagar, Nashik (Maharashtra). He was produced before the local court and obtained transit remand.
During interrogation the accused revealed that he was on job in Merchant Navy for 03 years and after that he started his own business of private recruitment. He also revealed that Smt Yogesh Chaudhary given him the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- before one year for providing the job in Port as a technical crew but, he did not provide job to her son and also did not refund her money.
